Back-to-School Donation Drive

Dear Community Partner,

Northwest Florida Community Hospital is excited to announce that we will be hosting a Back-to-School Donation Drive, on Friday, July 19, 1pm – 4pm. We are excited to partner with you to support the students in our community! We hope that you will make plans to join us, and would appreciate your contribution of school supplies, backpacks, a service, refreshments, door prizes, or a monetary donation.
This event will look a little different than previous years. Rather than hosting the event for students to pick up supplies, this event will be a donation drive for community members and businesses to drop off supplies to be distributed to each school. The goal is to provide supplies to all Washington County students. Currently, Washington County schools have 3,400 students in total.
This is a great opportunity for the community to support our local children and meet all of the vendors that support our community each and every day.
We look forward to your participation. The event will be held on campus at Northwest Florida Community Hospital, in the Specialty Center. Vendors are asked to set up by 12pm and provide their own table, table covering and chairs. Vendors are encouraged to set up marketing materials and promotional items, in addition to your donation as described above. Please feel free to use the flyer as you see fit and return the completed community partner form to us as soon as possible.
