These benefits and many others come with your FREE membership into the SeniorSpirit! Program. Northwest Florida Community Hospital’s SeniorSpirit! promotes healthy aging and encourages you to take an active role in your good health so that you can live life to its fullest.
To become a SeniorSpirit! member, you must be at least 55 years old to call 1-877-416-1620.
Senior Life Solutions
Senior Life Solutions is a program dedicated to treating older adults who suffer from problems that are a consequence of late life changes.
Services are designed to provide assistance to individuals with the following:
*Restlessness
*Decreased Energy
*Hopelessness
*Unresolved Grief
*Agitation
*Helplessness
*Depressed Mood
*Difficulty Sleeping
*Sadness
*Social Isolation
*Lonliness
*Low Self-Confidence
*Crying
*Anxiety
Senior Life Solutions staff includes a Board Certified Psychiatrist and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Program is specifically designed for people 65 years of age or older. Referrals to the program can be made by anyone, including a patient’s physican, a family member, home health nurse, case manager, or other health care professional. You may even refer yourself by calling (850)415-7207.
